How do you start your day?

What you do in the first hour of day will set the tone for what you will achieve for the rest of the day.


When you wake, what’s the first thing you do? Grab for the phone and scroll through your social media or scan the news? That’s what probably most of us do.

The most successful people on the planet have a focused routine on how they start their day.

Working on something that pushes your business forward or completing something challenging is a great way to kick off the day. Or you can flow into your meditation or exercise routine. Read something that inspires you, motivates you - lights that fire to achieve!


Going for a quick 30min walk before you start your work day is a great way to energise and release those endorphins that keep the feel good factor going all day long.


Doing something productive, that you feel good about is a great way to set yourself up for a successful day.

It also works at the end of the day. Changing gears from the work day to focus on family or your side hustle - can be helped by a quick 10min walk around the block.

Physical activity helps to change your mindset, energy levels and unlock creativity.

Taking action and getting stuff done first thing - puts a win in your bag before your days even begun.
